Eyes and Ears Initiative

COORDINATED CRIME-FIGHTING

A public-private partnership

The Eyes and Ears Initiative (E2) was established in 2019 as a joint crime-fighting initiative between BACSA, the South African Police Service (SAPS) and willing private security companies to coordinate operational crime fighting efforts.

E2 stands as one of the most successful public-private partnerships in South African crime-fighting history. It provides a well-established structure for collaboration between business and law enforcement.
